Toby Ashong
Toby leads Boxwood’s Construction, Rail and Infrastructure Services Practice having worked with many leading organisations across each of these areas in the UK and overseas to deliver both operational and business-wide transformational change.
Prior to joining Boxwood, Toby delivered operational, people, systems and regulatory change initiatives in the UK electricity industry, receiving high commendation from the industry regulator for his achievements. His work at Boxwood has seen him lead and deliver many successful change programmes resulting in measurable and sustainable results.
Toby is tenacious in the pursuit of results as well as being creative, flexible and pragmatic in respect of how results are delivered. He believes in supporting and empowering others to excel themselves.
Toby lives between Sussex and Muscat in Oman. He, fortunately, enjoys travelling as well as being a keen skier, photographer and musician.
